Which Mighty Mule Models This Applies To

We see this most often on the MM260, MM360, MM371W, MM372W, MM571W, and MM572W series, but the bracket geometry matters more than the model number. The older FM series and the newer Mighty Mule Smart series use the same 3/16-inch and 1/4-inch steel gate brackets, so a cracked post bracket on a 15-year-old FM500 welds the same as one on a two-year-old MM372.

The compatibility gotcha in Simi Valley is the powder coating. Signs Your Mighty Mule Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

Here’s what we find when we roll up to a Simi Valley driveway and the gate isn’t behaving:
